Nick McCulloch, head of Get Your House Wired, announces his plans to implement a program allowing his company to remain a step above the rest in home technology.
"In the past, our clients remained in the dark about what was going on with their tech-home installs--as much as we tried our best to keep them updated. But the fact was, busy scheduling conflicts, tied up phone lines, and inaccurate information were factors that were constantly working against us."
Nick has devised a system that allows install teams to submit their job progress, memos, and even pictures on to a server that can be easily accessed by a client anywhere in the world from a simple web browser.
"This means that the client can spend more time living and less time playing phone tag."
